Does anyone have an approximate weight for an assembled small block chevrolet engine

should be around 500 pounds

525 lbs. total weight for the stock LT-1 (including ALL accessories and cast iron exhaust manifolds)

LS1 = about 497lbs (225 kg)

LS7 = about 528lbs (239.5 kg)
